As for the last century the maximum values of thunderstorm activity were observed by the climatologists in 50-60th. Decrease of thunderstorm activity almost in the whole areas are observed over last ten-years. The problem changes of thunderstorm activity, either this trend is the result of a cyclic recurrence, characterising all meteorological processes, or it is strengthened by the anthropogeneous influence on climate, is opened. This paper presents results from statistical analyses of the temporal changes of thunderstorm activity in Siberia, Altai and Kazakhstan. The data was taken from weather stations and covers the years 1936-1995. Monitoring the long time thunderstorm activity discovers existence of climatic trends on the global as well on the regional scale. Analysing the above-mentioned one can hardy forecast the tendency of thunderstorm activity's development over one or another territory.
