Аннотация

Method of dry ultrasonic compacting of ceramic nanopowders has been developed for improvement of homogeneity of complex shaped compacts with retaining their nanostructure. It is possible to produce a dense ceramics of 10-100 nm grain size and high mechanical and other properties with the help of this method. The one-parameter equation for account of the process of ceramic nanopowders compaction has been derived taking into consideration the powders elastic properties. On the base of the method proposed, an economy-type technology of nanoceramic products manufacturing is developed.
