Аннотация
The compaction technique for ultradispersed powders of ZrO2- 3%Y2O3 system is developed using radially-conducted ultrasonic vibrations combined with applying static pressure. As shown, the combined action of ultrasound and compression molding results in increased density and mechanical properties of the ceramics obtained. The optimum intensity of ultrasonic action depends on geometric parameters of the products, acoustic characteristics of powders, and mold material.
