Аннотация

Thermal non-destructive testing (TNDT) techniques were presented based on transient analysis of differential temperatures. A new approach for automating data processing by thermal modeling was also presented. The use of adaptive filters was suggested for fresco inespection to double the signal-to-noise ration (SNR). Experimental results were obtained for plaster specimens containing artifical defects tested with optical NDT methods.
