Аннотация

Nearly all types of the industrial waste, the waste of mineral cotton production included, are the source of environment pollution. Only working out the effective methods of waste recovering can help to settle the problem of nature protection and at the same time improve the production process. The waste appears at melt dispersing and represents free- flowing bulk material, which o tains nearly none of the thin fraction. The chemical composition of solid waste corresponds to the chemical composition of mineral cotton and at certain conditions this waste can be returned to the production process as raw material. The results of the conducted reseach serve as a basis for the technology consisting in waste formating including the following stages: waste grinding; mixing it with the binder; formatting and drying. For formating it's desirable to use the special matrix, puanson and vibrostand. The bricks drying is realised by fuming gas at temperature 200-250°C. This method gives chance of acquiring the bricks, which characteristics satisfy au requirements existing in the production of mineral cotton.
