Аннотация

International cooperation supposes convergence of all stakeholders' goals so emergence of divergent trends is considered as failures of management. Based on the model of information efficiency the role of cultural distinctions in time perception is represented. These features are the key factors in elaborating tactics and strategy of international business management.
