Аннотация

The potentialities of thallium-199 myocardial scintigraphy in evaluation of the effects of surgical and drug treatment on myocardial perfusion in coronary patients are estimated. Effects of calcium antagonists on coronary microcirculation were studied in 51 coronary patients before and 10 days after dilthiasem, lomir, or isoptine retard therapy. For assessing the efficacy of aortocoronary shunting (ACS) on coronary perfusion, thallium-199 myocardial scintigraphy was carried out in 40 chronic coronary patients and in 27 with subacute myocardial infarction before and 3-4 weeks and 1 years after surgery. The obtained results are analyzed. It is found that thallium-199 myocardial scintigraphy helps assess the effect of treatment on myocardial perfusion. Positive effect of treatment manifests by decrease of myocardial perfusion defects. The method permits imaging the coronary microcirculation over the course of treatment and predicting a further course of disease.
