Computer solution of 2D problem of temperature field of a metal particle deposited on a substrate from a high temperature gas has been carried out with taking into account the melt crystallization on substrate surface without obvious phase interface separation. Time-temperature relations in 'liquid particle-solid substrate' contact zone for various combination of thermal properties of the particles and substrate materials as well as for different sizes of sprayed particles are obtained. Calculation results obtained allow to make a conclusion about a necessity of multidimensional heat transfer equation using with regard to melt crystallization on substrate surface for the purpose of temperature value prediction in particle-substrate contact zone with a high degree of precision.
