Аннотация

A feasibility for manufacture of the multicomponent powdered materials for high-current electronics by the method of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis is considered. The powders of La2O3, TiO2 and amorphous boron are used as the starting reagents. The typical thermogram of synthesis is presented. It is shown that the produced multicomponent material has a set of advantages against the single-component one when used as the emitters of electrons in the devices for generation of high-current electron beams under the explosive emission conditions.
