The paper deals with development of the theory of stationary and nonstationary problems for multilayered nonwelded plates. Within the framework of the kinematic Kirchoff model the iterative procedure taking into account the physical nonlinearity is constructed and its convergence is proved. Using variational and finite difference methods the stress-strain state of a two-layered nonwelded uniformly thick plate is examined with allowance for kinds of nonlinearity - constructive and physical ones. The wide class of problems is solved. Beside it, the complicated oscillations of two-layered plates at change in characteristics of the forcing transversal load, applied to the upper plate, at arbitrary boundary values, as well as such oscillations in dependence on clearance variation are studied.
