One of perspective methods of small particles reception is the electrical explosion of conductors [1]. As against known methods of evaporation - condensation the electrical explosion is characterized by strong unequilibrium of electrical energy transfer processes in metal process dissociation during the energy transferred by metal. Unequilibrium of processes causes simultaneous coexistence of substance in various conditions: liquid, vaporized, plasma and others transitive. The products of electrical explosion besides are formed in conditions of influence on them of electrical and magnetic fields. The properties of received powders strongly depend on electrical parameters of reception, that allows them to adjust, but at the same time, reduces reproducibility of properties.
