Аннотация

The measurements of gamma-radiation angular distribution of 900 MeV electrons in aligned diamond and silicon crystals are presented. For the first time the difference in behaviour of the hard and soft fractions of gamma-radiation in aligned and mis-aligned crystals was studied experimentally.
