Аннотация
Electric conductivity (EC) of oxide powders, obtained during high-temperature heating of hard alloys, is investigated. Variation of EC in dependence on the oxidation temperature and presence of hard alloys of cobalt, tantalum and titanium carbides is studied. It is noted that EC decreases with increasing the compaction pressure. The developed method of EC measuring may be used for the quality estimation and forecasting operational properties of produced hard-alloy powders.
