Аннотация

Influence of deformation and effect of helium ion beams on behavior of hydrogen in titanium VT1-0 is studied by the method of elastic recoil detection and Rutherford backscattering. The accumulation of hydrogen is proportional to an amount of defects, which are generated at deformation. If deformation of sample is carried out after saturation the concentration of hydrogen in a superficial region increases essentially. The effect is connected with migration of hydrogen to a surface during deformation. At irradiation an intensive migration and output of hydrogen from titanium subsurface occurs. The rate of change of hydrogen concentration is proportional to ion beam density.
