N2 - This research paper analyzes educational process in an entrepreneurial university in the context of entrepreneurship initiatives. It highlights the factors that contribute or discourage the development of entrepreneurial environment exploiting entrepreneurial university opportunities on the example of a specific case of Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics (TUSUR), Russia. The research is based on studying management initiatives, motivation, flow of knowledge, academic staff, innovation infrastructure, industry engagement, etc. The analysis builds upon sets of data, university self-examination papers and semi-structured interviews with university project-based study groups' leaders.
