Аннотация

The state of myocardial perfusion was studied in patients with stage II hypertensive disease (essential hypertension) during long-term monotherapy with calcium antagonists. Possibilities to predict dynamics of myocardial perfusion were evaluated. Three types of reaction of myocardial perfusion to dipyridamole tests conducted during monotherapy with calcium antagonists were distinguished: increase of hypoperfusion, decrease of hypoperfusion, and no change. There were no significant differences between effects of verapamil, diltiazem and nifedipine on myocardial perfusion. Dynamics of myocardial perfusion could be predicted by the set of echocardiographic indices obtained before treatment (among them isometric relaxation, relations of peak transmitral flows during dipyridamole test and left ventricular myocardial mass).
