Аннотация

Results are provided for a study of Si 3N 4-ZrO 2composite ceramic material preparation by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis from ferrosilicon and zirconium concentrate. It is noted that as a result of high-temperature dissociation of ZrSiO 4silicon dioxide is nitrided with formation of silicon oxynitride and it is condensed in surface layers of a specimen in the form of filamentary crystals.
