The paper presents the results of a study of the synthesis and the properties of crystalline nanodispersed composite oxides (TiO2)x(SiO2)1-x. The synthesis of the nanopowder oxides was conducted at the TEU-500 pulsed electron accelerator. Synthesized particles had a spherical shape, and their sizes ranged from 20 nm to 350 nm. A composite material, obtained by using the pulsed plasmachemical method, was characterized using the absorption band of 946 cm-1, which corresponds to vibrations of the Si-O-Ti bond. An X-ray analysis of the synthesized composite nanosized powder was performed.
