N2 - The reaction of the fluoride complex of trivalent manganese with hydroquinone, p-aminophenol, and Metol was studied. It has been found that these substances are oxidized quantitatively with the exchange of two electrons to the corresponding quinone compounds. Optimum conditions have been found for both direct and indirect determination of 8.0-0.4 mg of these substances.
