Аннотация

ortho-Fluorbenzoic acid (FBA) is useful product for organic syntheses and preparation of some medicines. We have elaborated the following effective chemical methods for synthesis of FBA. i) Nucleophilic substitution of o-chlorobenzoic acid by action of KF in the presence of the crown-ethers or inter-phase catalysis; ii) Reaction of anthranilic acid with NaNO2 into liquid HF with following thermal decomposition of the resulted diazonium salt at 100°C; iii) Fluorodecarboxilation of phthalic acid or its anhydride by heating in benzene in the presence of Pb(OAc)4 and CaF2. Also we have designed and produced of a special reactor for an electrochemical fluorination of various organic compounds.
