    Аннотация

It is shown in the frames of molecular-dynamic modeling, that the interaction of a pulse with a free surface can lead to the atomic plane break-off. According to the obtained results, the broken-off fragments can shape a multilayer coating in their deposition on a target. This is a base of the suggested approach to the layer-by-layer application of thin coatings. It is shown that a change of pulses number and the time of their going out on the 'source' surface can substantially change the structure and coating composition on the target.
