Аннотация

The article considers practical experience of the biomechanical analysis being applied for the instant performance rating purposes in the motor skills mastering and sample technique formation process. A Motion Tracking method of digital frame-by-frame video captures was used in the study. The study gave the grounds to conclude that the optimal long jumping technique model designing process based on a biomechanical analysis and motor skill formation with support of instant process data application technology appears to be efficient and beneficial.
