Аннотация
A method for modeling electromagnetic wave propagation in nonstationary active random media is presented. A problem regarding the propagation of waves through turbulent plasma flow is examined. The results of experiments on ultrasound and electromagnetic sounding of water and plasma flow are compared. Study of the interaction of electromagnetic signals with an ensemble of oscillators shows a decrease in the width of the frequency spectrum of the oscillators' vibrations and the monochromatization of its form with the harmonic signal.
