Abstract: The relaxation kinetics of electron excitations in single-crystal and crystal-fiber Li6GdB3O9 samples was studied by the time-resolved methods of pulse absorption spectroscopy and pulse cathodoluminescence under excitation with a nanosecond electron beam at 293 K. Based on the results of the numerical modeling of recombination processes, a pulse cathodoluminescence excitation mechanism was proposed.
