Kinetic changes in the concentration of source components in a Li2CO3-TiO2-Fe2O3 system during radiation-thermal (RT) synthesis are considered. The phase composition control is realized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, thermogravimetry (TG/DTG) analysis, and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The initial composition of reaction mixtures corresponds to the stoichiometric formula of spinel Li0.5(1 + x)Fe2.5-1.5xTi xO4, where x = 0.2, 0.4, 0.6.
