Аннотация

Powders of hollow and compact glass (hollow Al2O3 micro-sphere, glass-ceramic) and ceramics (hollow and compact ZrO2 microsphere) are moulded. The upper and lower moulding limits are found for all powders. The moulding pressure influence on the texture and properties of sample is defined. There also has been determined the maximum value of hollow micro-spheres moulding pressure which is necessary for obtaining light-weight cell-structure materials on the basis of Al2O3, SiO2 and ZrO2.
