Investigation of free surface energy of rough aluminum alloy substrate

Аннотация

The free surface energy (SFE) of aluminum alloy treated by laser radiation was determined by the WORK method taking into account the surface roughness. The divergence of the SFE calculated with and without roughness was established. Nomograms for evaluating wetting characteristics of surfaces treated by laser radiation were obtained. That can be used to predict wetting and adhesion with liquids of different composition.
