Influence of surface nonhomogeneous structure on the composition of calcium phosphate growing coating

Аннотация

The treatise proposes a model of the initial stage of coating deposition on a curved surface with distributed charge. The authors suggest a calculation algorithm and numerically study the distribution of ion concentration and forming phases in the vicinity of the curved surface. The paper unveils that roughness appreciably affects the concentration distribution. It is demonstrated that the deposition of the coating with large content of double orthophosphate of calcium and titanium phase and nonuniform distribution of the components requires low roughness of the substrate and deposition voltage of 250–300 V.
