Аннотация

Are investigated photovoltaic and electrotransport properties of film polymeric compositions on the basis of P3HT:PCBM and silver nanoparticles. It is shown that significant increase in efficiency of a cell is observed at sedimentation of silver nanoparticles on ITO surface. Sedimentation of silver nanoparticles on a surface of a layer of PEDOT:PSS and a doped in the volume of P3HT:PCBM leads them to reduction of transformation of solar energy to electric.
