The induced radiation of a high-intensity electron beam, propagating in an external finite homogeneous focusing field B// parallel and in the field of a circularly polarized electromagnetic pumping wave, is analyzed when the frequency of the pumping wave comes into cyclotron resonance with the gyrofrequency of the electrons in the focusing field. The growth constants of the amplitude of the emitted wave are determined in various regimes as a function of delta //1 - the detuning from cyclotron resonance - including the resonant point delta //1 equals 0, taking into account the energy spread of the beam electrons, which perturbs the coherence of the interaction of the pumping wave. Nonlinear estimates of the efficiency and amplitude of the radiation are given.
