Аннотация

This paper presents a way to improve the efficiency of the gasoline production. The essence of the proposed approach lies in the successive stages of calculating and optimizing the processes of manufacturing mixing components, such as reformate, isomerizate, alkylate, catalytic cracking gasoline. The other important point is determining the optimal fuel compositions based on the information obtained from the previous stage about the hydrocarbon composition, physicochemical properties and volume develop blending components. This technique allows us to reduce the stock on the quality of commercial products due to the continuous determination of the composition and properties of the mixing components in terms of changes in the hydrocarbon composition of the processed raw materials and fluctuations in operating parameters of industrial equipment. It also allows adjusting the recipe of mixing of commercial gasoline in accordance with the requirements and the specified volume of finished products. The authors propose mathematical models of the reforming, isomerization and alkylation, however, in this paper, the stage of modeling the production of mixing components is presented on the example of the catalytic cracking process, as it is most complex and large-tonnage technology for the production of motor gasoline components.
