As a result of analysis of the high-resolution Fourier spectrum of the CH2=CD2 molecule, the lines corresponding to the transitions from the vibrational state (10 = 1) are discovered and assigned for the first time. The experimental data are used to determine the parameters of the effective Hamiltonian of the molecule.
