Аннотация

This paper discusses about the expert support system for making decision by the results of computer-based testing within the ends of teaching quality evaluation. One of the typical problems in the field of education is improving its quality. Nowadays there have been significant changes in the processes of international standardisation for quality management such as the new version of ISO standards series 9000 developed and accepted in the version of the year 2000, which regulates the process of development, certification and maintenance of the systems of quality management (SQM) at an enterprise (organisation). The main investigation within the research is aimed at elaborating new models and algorithms for measuring the quality of different components of education process.
