    Аннотация

    Transmission diffraction electron microscopy was used to study the dislocation structure of a polycrystalline iron-nickel alloy with f. c. c. lattice after different stages of deformation. Structural state diagrams are drawn and the relation between the stages on the flow curves and the type of dislocation substructure that forms is determined. Each stage on the flow curve is associated with the appearance and development of a certain kind of dislocation substructure. The behaviour of the scalar and excess dislocation densities at different stages of deformation is studied.
