Аннотация

On the basis of structural studies (transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction), the stages in strain-hardening curves of the Ti50Ni47Fe3 alloy were established to be associated with transformations of dislocation substructures. This suggests that the process of deformation involves rotation deformation modes whose role increases with increasing amount of deformation.
