Аннотация
It is found that the greatest charge is accumulated in glasses which are more radiation-resistant and in which there is a lower concentration of hole-type color centers. In the case of glasses with a constant P//2O//5 content the greatest charge is accumulated in glass with a metaphosphate composition. The factor determining the magnitude of the accumulated charge is the bond energy of the glass structure. With an increase in the bond strength the intrinsic electric conductivity decreases, as well as the concentration of hole capture centers, and the magnitude of the accumulated charge increases.
