Аннотация

Composite calcium phosphate coatings with a hierarchical structure were formed on the surface of titanium substrates by microarc oxidation and were saturated with a solution of the polymer composition poly (ε-caprolactone) and polyvinylpyrrolidone with the addition of vancomycin. The surface morphology, thickness, elasticity of the formed coatings were studied, and systemic effects of the coated implant were evaluated in vivo. It has been shown that the impregnation of calcium phosphate coatings with a bioresorbable polymer material with antibacterial properties increases their elasticity and gives reparative and anti-inflammatory properties.
