Аннотация

Opportunity for creating the microcomposite technical ceramics on basis of boron pyronitride with nanotubes and packets of nanotubes providing high microplasticity has been considered. It has been shown that irradiation with nanosecond proton-ion beams makes it possible to provide growth of wurzite-like boron pyronitride on basis of the self-organizing mesoscopic particles, mesoscopic blocks and nanocrystalline particles. Sizes of mesoscopic particles and mesoscopic blocks have been determined. Mode of the nanotube self-organization has been found. Model shapes of manifestation of spiral cyclic structures have been identified.
