Аннотация

The paper is devoted to testing an algorithm for determining the permissible displacement deviations in J-integral calculations based on constructing vector fields through digital image correlation. A comparative check is carried out for J-integral values calculated through DIC without preprocessing by the algorithm, with such a processing and by experimental data obtained according to the ASTM E 1820 Standard Test Method for Measurement of Fracture Toughness. It is demonstrated that the algorithm improves the results of J-integral calculation by the optical method and that it can be applied to cases where the standard method of J-integral measurement cannot be used.
