Аннотация

A model for hot spot ignition is proposed with regard for the correlation of deformation and temperature fields and the relationship between the chemical reaction rate and the work of deformation forces. The problem is considered within the framework of the theory of thermoelasticity. The solution is performed by the method of coalescing asymptotic expansions in various special cases. The fields of temperature, displacements, deformation and stresses are determined, as well as the spot radius dividing the ignition and extinction conditions, and the ignition time under critical conditions.
