Abstract
Analysis of the surface layers of fractures is used to obtain experimental proof of the segregation of zirconium along the grain boundaries of molybdenum alloy TsM-6. The extent of segregation depends on annealing temperature and cooling rate. After treatment in the range 1400-1600 degree C, the solid solution is distributed along the grain boundaries with precipitation of carbides.
