X-ray interferometric short-wavelength holography with diffraction focusing

Abstract

A four-unit off-axis interferometric scheme for recording x-ray short-wavelength holograms of amorphous bodies which are opaque to visible light is proposed. The diffraction spreading of the object wave in a unit is removed by diffraction focusing of the same wave in the next unit.
