Wollastonite-based ceramic pigments of diopside and anorthite structure

Research output: Contribution to journalArticle

Abstract

Ceramic pigments having structure of anorthite and diopside were prepared on the base of natural wollastonite. It is shown that the synthesis of diopside structure has a multistage character with formation of intermediate products. The pigments obtained have bright colors and can be used for decoration of porcelain, faience, and majolica products.
