Abstract
We have numerically simulated three-dimensional excited waves on the surface of a direct vertical rivulet. The characteristics of linear and nonlinear regular waves as functions of the excitation frequency have been numerically calculated for the first time. It is shown that the dispersion dependences of the rivulet and film flows are significantly different. Some peculiarities of wave regimes in the rivulet flow have been revealed.
