Abstract

1. The variation dynamics of the external electric field above the irradiated surface of alumophosphate glasses is described by a function of the type (1), where x is the length of irradiation, and y is the field intensity. 2. The relaxation process of the decay of the external field intensity is characterized by a time constant of the order of 10 sec. 3. The mentioned magnitude of the time constant may be due to radiation conductivity of the glasses investigated having a magnitude of ρirr = 1013 Ω ·m.
