Abstract
In the article on the basis modern mineralogy methods the features of material composition and structures of pathogenic urinary stones (urolithes), which cause the disease (urolithiase) are considered. The insufficient clearness of these formation genesis is marked, a combination of the diverse reasons of their origin both external, and internal order are underlined. Among the external reasons the important role is allocated to the water factor.
