Abstract

Paper presents different thin layers tribological proprieties established by XRD diffraction, on pin-disk IT 10 made by the authors and on CSM micro-tribometer in order to evaluate the friction coefficient and wear behaviour in dry conditions and the influence of bilayer period value.
