Three-component microelectromechanical accelerometer

Abstract

The design and modeling of the three-component micromechanical accelerometer (MMA) is performed. The technique to create a macromodel of MMA is developed. The study and simulation of the accelerometer were performed using the engineering analysis software package of the finite element ANSYS Myltiphysics and simulation program fornonlinear dynamic systems MATLAB/Simulink.
