Abstract

Heat-shielding coatings on the basis of Zr-Y-O/ Si-Al-N layers are formed on copper substrates by pulse magnetron deposition method. The surface layer of the copper substrate was treated by Zr+ ions. The structure-phase states were investigated by TEM, SEM, X-ray and SIMS. The thermal-cycle durability of coatings was defined.
