Abstract

Electron microscopy studies of the back side of 0.45% C-steel sample structure irradiated with nanosecond high current MeV-electron beam were carried out. The layered undersurface structure was found, and the diffraction analysis of every layer microstructure is presented. The most unusual structure were found in the layer of 0.15-0.20μ thickness. The scheme of the surface layer structure of the back side of irradiated 0.45% C-steel is presented.
